Returns Policy
We hope that you’re happy with your recent purchase. However, sometimes we know you may need to return an item to us.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that items purchased in bundles or sets must be returned as a bundle/set for a refund. We are unable to offer part-refunds on these items.
If you would like to return your item, please email opronails@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return so we can process this for you.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE COSTS.
IF THE ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS IN VALUE.
