Booking Policy (Please Read) • 48-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling. • Less than 48h/no-show = 50% charge of booked service. • Late 20+ min = appointment may be cancelled; full fee may apply. • No refunds on late/no-show/deposit loss. • No acrylic removal – please ensure you have no acrylics before booking.
